biodegradable products — crafted from bamboo, jute, water hyacinth, wood and
other sustainable materials — right to your doorstep, both in India and across the globe.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders from our website
www.ecomfd.eco as well as from our online stores on Amazon and Flipkart under the
brand name "Ecomfd Store".

1. Order Processing Time
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. 
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1– 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Custom or bulk orders may take additional time; estimated processing times will be communicated at the time of order. 

2. Shipping Partners
We use Shiprocket as our logistics aggregator to ship orders both domestically and
internationally. Shipments are fulfilled through Shiprocket’s trusted network of courier
partners including but not limited to:
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • India Post
  • DTDC
  • Aramex (for international)
  • DHL / FedEx / UPS (as applicable) 

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. 
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
    • A standard shipping charge (₹50–₹150) applies to orders below ₹999 based on weight and delivery location. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with an additional COD handling fee. 

4. International Shipping
  • Supported Countries: We currently ship to select countries worldwide. For availability, please check during checkout. 
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. 
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. 
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country. 

5. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through the "Track My Order" page on our website or via the Shiprocket tracking page. 
6. Marketplace Orders (Amazon & Flipkart)
Orders placed via Amazon.in and Flipkart under our store name "Ecomfd Store" are
subject to the shipping, delivery, and return policies of the respective platforms. For
queries regarding those orders, please refer to your Amazon/Flipkart order history and
contact their customer support directly.

7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to: 
  • Unforeseen weather conditions
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to resolve issues promptly.

8. Packaging
All our products are packed with utmost care using eco-friendly, plastic-free
packaging to ensure minimal environmental impact and maximum protection during
transit.

9. Address Changes or Order Modifications
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
  • If you need to modify the address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@ecomfd.eco or call us at +918001215477.

10. Missing or Damaged Packages
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos of the package and product to investigate and resolve the issue.
